A couple of weeks ago, I received a call from Sam Bechtel at ClickStart Mortgage, who explained that they partner with PennyMac and could assist in refinancing my mortgage to significantly reduce both my interest rate and loan term. Although I was initially hesitant (given that refinancing can often be a complicated and time-consuming process) the potential savings made it worth pursuing. I’m glad I moved forward. Sam and his colleague, Katie Mendenhall, made the entire experience straightforward and efficient. They maintained clear and consistent communication, even outside of standard business hours, and handled my paperwork promptly. Within a day of receiving the payoff amount from PennyMac, they had already scheduled a signing appointment with the underwriter. This was by far the fastest mortgage closing I have experienced.

My agent Trish was so helpful and got our loan through within a week, she was there anytime I need to ask questions and always made us feel at ease. Great customer service, Rocket mortgage surly is the company that just can't be beat.
